If the laptop / netbook you have a bios that support to do    install via flashdisk, Here step by step install windows 7.

Prepare your  flashdisk, at least 4 Gb
Format flashdisks, change file system : FAT (FAT 32) become  NTFS

Copy all  contents of the Windows 7   files (Copy all the files, put it on the outside flashdisk, not made a folder)
find file  “bootmgr”  and rename to  “NTLDR”

Now Flasdisk can  be used to do istall windows 7.
